Default fuseable link burnt short in ignition?

hi im new here, long story short i need help. i went to start my truck today and it turned over but never started and i saw a cloud of white smoke coming from under the hood.

well it burnt a fuse able link. i folowd where that wire was conected to and its the red wire in the ignition on the column. tested the wire its being grounded when its on the run potion i dont think that is correct.

the question i want to know is the blue wire going to the ignition is grounded on mine is it sopost to be a ground or is that where my short is?
-Thanks

If you are speaking of the 14 gauge dark blue wire from the switch it should not be grounded. It feeds fuses 11, 12, 13, and several other circuits that include the ASD. It could feed as many as 25 circuits depending on what accessories are in the truck. Pull those three fuses and see if the ground goes away. If it does plug them in one at a time to see when the ground returns.
