Default 1991 Dodge W150 318 TBI Help

I have a '91 W150 and it originally came with a 318 TBI, but now i am looking to put a 400+ HP 360 in it and was wondering how to either change out the computer and TBI? or how to change the TBI over to a 4 barrel version?
Any suggestions are appreciated.

Easiest way, if you are looking to keep it EFI, is to use a standalone computer like a Megasquirt. Lots of homework to do, but it would be worth it for EFI.

What kind of budget do you have? Megasquirt isn't cheap.

The megasquirt-1 system is only for the injection system so you really want megasquirt-2. I would imagine you could go back to an engine controller like was used in the carbed 1st gens or some other after market ignition system with the megasquirt-1. If you use a Mac you can't use the megasquirt system. There is no software support for a Mac in the megasquirt system.

MS2 can be done for around $500, and MS3 is around $1000. Considering the cost of a typical computer flash (About $600 from B&G for mopar MPI OBD1, which I know is not we're talking about) it really isn't that bad. And with MegaSquirt it's easy to tweak tuning whenever you want to.

I guess cheap is a relative term. We need to know a budget from the OP before we can figure out what the proper direction would be.
