Default Steering wheel

I would like to replace the steering wheel in my 1986 D250. Which years and models are interchangeable?

Any good sources on old school (like Grant Classic Wood) steering wheels that fits a Ram?

I don't know about what models and years will swap clean, but if you go the Grant route, they make an adapter kit that you will need to pick up to mount it to the steering column. The adapter for my 87' D150 ran about 20 bucks, plus whatever the cost for whatever wheel you choose.

What size and dish do you run?

Grant says installation kit 3314 for 2wd and 4316 for 4wd (I mailed them). I didn't know that the columns are different.
