Yep you could. There are some differences. Only the 150 had the regular cab/short bed but since you want the long bed that isn't important. The W250/350 came with the NP205 transfer case that doesn't use a chain. Different Frame Specifications. Etc. What are you looking to do with this truck?

 

For the first few years its going to be my work truck. It's only for side work though since I can drive my car to my day job and I use their trucks and equipment. When I can afford a newer work truck for side work (most likely when I can do my own work full time and work for myself) I might just make it a fun truck for offroading or something.
