I can´t seem to find a grille for my ´77 D100 step, anyone?

As far as I know, there is no such thing as a repop grille for our trucks. You are going to have to boneyard hunt or hit craigslist for someone parting one out. If you make friends with scrappers, ask them to keep an eye out.
I like to search for parts on trucks I see sitting in fields with grass growing around it. Most people are open to discussion on taking parts off of a truck they have that hasnt moved in ten years. I get alot of good deals doing that.

Where in California are you located? What's wrong with your grille? It looks perfect. If you don't get any hits here try RamChargerCentral. They are all about 1st Gen's and there are always trucks getting parted out.

 

Here's a grille from a 78 for $75. It's from a Plymouth TD so it won't have the Dodge logo.
