i just bought a 91 dodge 4x4 , truck idles smooth runs smooth when i first start it, driving down the road its fine for a few minutes then if you get to hill or have to give it gas it dies out above 1/4 to 1/2 throttle like its running out of fuel,i shut it off wait a minute and start it back up its fine for a few miles some times some times its the same,but always idles nice and runs good to the 1/4 throttle, if im on the gas and back out of it when it starts to stumble it picks right back up, i replaced fuel filter cap and rotor, i tried a new tps and nothing still does it, the fuel pump sounds a lil noisy to me though. any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

 

Check your fuel pressure. I would hazard a guess and say the pump is on it's way out.
