200mm x 142mm would be the 7.9in x 5.5in then, which is great since Cibie still makes their super fine housing for that size. I can stick in a H4 lamp that is 80w on low beam and 130 on high......

i don't know if you would need 80w or 130w in housings that nice. i was possibly thinking about ordering some hella housing. i have been meaning to ask sls001 how he likes the ones he ordered.

I picked up the Hella 200mm Rectangular E Code Conversion Headlight Kit with Hella 60/55W Xenon +50% H4 Bulbs.

In combination with the relays they are fantastic. I might have been able to get away with the brighter H4 bulbs but at the height my truck sits they would blind anyone I was behind.

I did also pick up a set of 130/100W Narva's from Daniel Stern Lighting for off-road use but haven't given them a try yet.

I am getting the Cibies lamps and everything from Daniel Stern lighting. Fairly expensive for an old truck but other than a crappy paint job, my truck is real clean and has fairly low mileage. And I am a stickler about lighting! The whole thing including what I did on the relay install is going to end up at about 200.00 for the complete upgrade.
