Default cheap way to lift front?

hey so i have a set of 33x12/5 tires and i dont want to waste them and they will fit no problem in the back since it has a lifted back end a bit from heavy duty springs. is there a cheap way to lift the front a inch or 2 so i can shove the bigger tires underenith?

springs are the only way. Either add-a-leaf or a new set of lift springs.

add a leaf would be the cheapest, or check my thread about the zero rate leafs
