have you checked for power at the wiper motor plug with the wipers on? could have a bad ground connection at the motor if you have power at the plug.

you were right...
what ive tried: direct connection from battery (minus plug) to wipermotorbody- it runs but rotates without running back like in an interval mode. must have a bad groundconnection. where is the correct connection from groundwire to battery, can i link it easily with the battery-minus-pole?
thanks so much

The bolts that hold it to the body ground it.

as soon as the wire touch the motorbody,it get a bypass with sparks between wire and body and the fuse blow.

if the fuse blows that usually means something is wrong. i would still take one of the bolts out of the motor mounts and clean it up with some sand paper or a wire brush and them put the bolt back in. fix the ground connection and then move on from there.

motor is built in, and the wipers are working like they should do. but one strange noise i can hear, at every rotate of the motorarm it makes a cracky noise. not this one like the relay do. it is in the motorbody and knocks every rotating round.

Then the bushings in the motor are worn out. You can't fix the bushings. I would get a new or better condition used motor and replace it. I really need to do my switch for my wipers because when I turn it to HIGH it blows the fuse.
