Default A/C fan speed control

My a/c will only blow on the highest fan speed. When I put the air conditioner at 1, 2, or 3 the blower motor doesn't blow. I have tried changing out the a/c control panel and the blower motor and neither have done the trick. Any suggestions?

it may be the blower motor relay or there is a speed control resister causing your problem. better check it first before throwing bucks for a new replacement.

Napa parts has an OEM switch to replace the old one for about $4.00's.

Sounds like your blower motor resistor is shot. On some Dodge's the connector to it corrodes and has to be replaced.
What year, model engine etc?
