We got it figured out guys. It ended up being the fusible link. Even though it didnt physically show that it was blown, it was. Plus, for some reason, terminal 30 and 87 were swapped around on the connector and have no idea why. But shes running good now! Thanks for all the help everyone! Really appreciate it!
