360 timing

So just time it when it is at operating temp?

Well I found out my own answer. To any one that needs this information you need to get it to operating temp then pull the coolant temp sensor to throw a code (check engine light must be on) and then time it. Recheck your timing after you've tightened the distributor, put the sensor back in and erase any faulty codes.
