Thank everyone it ended up being fuel pump.

 

Just kidding still doing it. Runs like crap cold/ after sitin for a while. but once warmed up it drives decent.when I start it cold now it's idle fluctuates up and down and will still out. Noticed my idle cntrol valve is moving in and out while doing this. very stumped on this
