Default 88 Dodge D100 Suspension lift?
I've got leafs in the rear, simple enough. front is an SLA suspension. Could I conquer this with a simple bigger spring/shock combo or am I going to need to do some messing around with the suspension for a full 4"?

if your truck is 2wd like you say it is then it looks like you got all the suspension lift out of it that is possible. the only option now would be body lift.
