sounds like you wanna buy it

you are right. if you lived a lot closer i would take it off your hand for $1000. something like that would go for at least $2000 here just because it is in such good shape and is 4x4.

Remember my offer? It still stands. If you can drive it to my doorstep, you can drive my registered, inspected, and only rarely temperamental truck home.

Another thing . . . can you squeeze it through inspection somehow and get tags on it? Then it wouldn't be considered a nuisance, right?

Thats the plan right now. I might get tags on it by Friday. I just doubt it will pass inspection. Needs tires, e-brake work, and a couple little minor things. MO is pretty lax with inspections but are sticklers on some main points.

And no, I don't remember your offer. LOL sorry

Thankfully, everything non-motor related that you may need for inspection will be the same as a gas-truck. This is one time where I would really advocate a "ghetto fix" to get you by, until you can fix it later . . . . for example, $10 junkyard tires, used e-brake parts, etc.

My plan was this winter get everything ready to go. But it sounds like the truck needs to be gone by this weekend.

Well its still for sale. Lots of interest but no one shows up. Kind of weird.

The citation is still in effect, so they need it off the property. Most of you know the story from following this. Seems like I came onto it fast, then have to let it go just as quickly.

If anyone here is interested let me know, or if they know someone, let me know.

Its gotta go soon...unfortunately.
