89 ram tbi need help fast
So truck is having issues again 89 d250 I believe tbi 2 barrel Holley. 318 auto trans . It wil hard start for ever. Like will crank for 30-80 seconds if I try . Don't wanna burn out starter. But if I crank for a little then turn off and try again it will usually fire up.. Then die after 2-3 seconds of running. Or will die when put into gear... Idle isn't constant will fluactutars to try and keep it self running .. Very big loss on power once get it moving. Will not get moving until around 70-80 kms past around 2600 rpm anything below that speed rpm range it's like it trying to pull a million pounds or something barely moves at all. At a loss. Shops can't figure it out. I'm tired of paying for non fixed problems..feels like its not getting fuel or spark is just ending..plugs look good."ac Delco" if I get it running and drive it it will drive better when warm/ start better. It seems like anyways.. Will drive on highway fine once I finally get up to speed, but will die when slowing down or fluctuate rpms badly
Has new cap.
Wires are good.
New fuel pump
New fuel filter
New o2 sensor
New cts
New coil
New vacum lines
New fuel line
Timing was set to spec both light. And by ear with cts unplugged
Need fixed ASAP it's my daily .and can barely move her atm

Have you checked the codes?
Also have you checked the fuel pressure? Full the hose off the regulator and see if there is gas in the hose.
Also check for dripping injectors.
When you did the pump did you by chance replace or check the fuel hoses inside the fuel tank? There was a TSB that dealt with cracking\leaking (deteriorating) hoses inside the tank.
I would also check for excessive slack in the timing chain set by performing a deflection test. When you checked the timing was the mark lined up steady w\o excessive "jumping"?
