I wonder why LMC has started to repop parts? Why would they spend 10's of thousands of dollars to make parts? Must be a small interest in these trucks out there.

I actually don't think LMC repops parts, other people do that, lmc just gathers them up in a catolog and then acts like the retail outlet.thy order from the supplier's and then sell to you, Hopefully if there is enough demand for things they can get some suppliers to make some tricky to find parts..

Anyway's I agree with you Johnyjaws this site could use a little more action, it seems like every post has a whole ton of people look at it and no responses

I think it's safe to say that any vendor of parts starts to repop after 20 years of the ending product line. Just my observation.

maybe hey finally realized how many are still on the road and the current demand for replacement parts and thought it might be worthwhile?

I'm very interested to see if our catalog is as in depth as the others. I think of the similar model year Ford's as pretty obscure as well but you could almost build one from parts from LMC. I've not seen that many parts in searches for ours, so if they manage to come out with even 70% of what the other catalogs have I'll be doing backflips.
