and ive already tried industrial double sided tape but due to it being so cold in the winters in pa and up in new York at school it just fell off...

I know exactly the clips your talking about and have never been able to find them either. I have one trim piece missing from a door on my 1990 and have just decided to remove all the trim and shave the pins when I re-paint this year.

yeah that's about my next option I just liked the way it looks with the trim on there but it needs repainted anyway due to clearcoat and rust issues so I might just shave of all the pins to the bottom trim and say screw it! maybe when LMC comes out with that catalog they will have em in there...

I tried to get some from a pick and pull and they were all brittle so even that route is probably a worthless endeavor. My 1991 was a stripper model and didnt have the trim and it looks pretty good without it.
