Default 1978 Dodge w200 Light problem

Hey guys, Just having a few problems with my dodge w200 i was wondering about! Here they are:

1. When my lights are on at night my right blinker doesnt want to blink it just stays lit acting as a parking light.

2. When i shut my truck off the lights stay on like i have the parking lights on... tailights and front blinkers.

Any suggestions to why this is would be much apprciated!

Thanks, Joe

Default Lights

Hazards do indeed work only left works with lights on there is a random wire hanging from the right taillight assembly could be a ground?
If the ground doesnt work then the blinker doesnt work, but would that intern cause my parking lights to stay on after truck is turned off? i replaced the switch thinking it was broken on the inside always connecting until it was cycled out, no result still keeps lights on and no left blinker when lights are on

Could be bad ground and could be bad flasher.
Check all the bulbs also.
My brother had blown bulb that was shorted doing all kinds of crazy stuff on his Jeep.

if theres a blown bulb somewhere in that circuit it wont blink fast... or at all like mine, is it all parking lghts or just one side that stays on? id its one side could be a bad turn switch or bad flasher.... switch your turn flasher and hazards flasher and see if they work as they should then

if u only switched the fuses nothing is gonna happen... u gotta switch the actual flashers... those round things in your fuse block
