Default Rollover Valve!!!

Changing out my friends 1990 Ram D250 5.2 fuel pump this weekend and we broke off what we think is the nipple from the Rollover valve, see attached pictures, one is from the actual vehicle but the close up of the part is one I found online.

I have had a difficult time locating a new one for this exact year/model of vehicle. Everything I have found is for an 88 or older or 92 and newer. But I can't imagine they are much different. Here is the link to the one I found.

Will this work?

What about a generic Doorman model?

What other year/make/model vehicles use the same part? Might have an easier time finding/pulling one from a different vehicle

Thanks!

Hello Ram Allen:: I'm sure you probably fixed this long ago but I just saw your post now. That oe part is most likely not available from the dealer anymore. I would have suggested you buy a used tank in a salvage yard, it would not matter if the tank was no good, the valve probably would of been ok since that is all you needed. The aftermarket one probably would not work, I am today doing the same job on my old 1990 D250. When I lowered the tank all the lines were rusty and fell apart which is ok since I will replace them all anyhow. My vent valve nipples are ok but now I cannot tell where the bigger nipple and line is supposed to go. The smaller one I can see where it goes. Do you remember where the bigger line went on yours? Thanks Chet
