Default Rearview Mirror Button Location

Can someone measure down how far the rearview mirror button is from the top of the windshield? And I think it gets centered in the windshield from left to right, can someone verify that?

My 85 D250 didn't even have an inside mirror when I bought it which, I think, was because it was purchased without a bed so the utility bed could be installed.

So being rather tall I positioned my inside mirror mount so it didn't block my view thru the windshield and probably a bit higher than the factory location.
