92 w150 extended crank time

92 w150 extended crank time

I got a 92 w150 that takes 10 to 15 seconds to crank except when very cold it will start on first turn. New plugs wires rotor button cap and coil. Let it sit for 5 minutes when hot it still takes a while to crank. Anybody have any ideas
