The ac compressor(upper left with two belts on it) IS hooked up the air pump is not.

 

That makes sense now I see that my emissions control is also not hooked up.

 

Buddy of mine came and took a look at it we disconnected the egr valve and the engine smoothed out we looked at it and the end was blocked off. Put a screw in the hose and it stopped loping for now. Replacing egr tomorrow and will keep updates coming. Pulling the dash and trying to get electronics up and running so I can flash codes and see what that tells me.
