Default 1986 w-150

I have a 1986 Power Ram W-150...only 88K miles, Love my truck ! I just did 1000 mmiles moving to another state, no probs during the move. Last night, tho, some dummy (me) left the key in and in Acc position...killed my battery. I tried to jump start it, it cranks, but absolutely refuses to fire...could I have burnt some electric part out ??? Any ideas would be welcome !!!

Put a good charge on the battery, and see if that doesn't improve its attitude.
