Default Magnum swap

I am wondering if a newer Magnum engine from a '99-up Durango or Ram will mate with an older '94-'96-ish 46RH trans. I am wanting to swap that into my '89 W350 with NP205 TC. I realize I will have to move my trans mount back to account for the longer O/D trans, but right now I'm trying to figure out what major components to line up.

Thanks for the input.

Great, I found my answer. That site is perfect.

Next question I have is:
Will the output shaft and bolt pattern of the 46RH match up with the 23 spline input gear of my 205??

I'm not feeling too good about this one. But I'll be looking around and maybe talking to the local trans and 4x4 shops to find the answer.

Thanks Moparite.

The newer t-cases use 23 splines as well. Don't know what shaft diameter is though.
