Default Right rear brake & signal light does. It work but tail light does.

My 91 Dodge W250 Cummins is having continuing right rear brake & signal issues. Neither works when activated.
There is no indication of the turn signal not working from inside. The inside signal light flashes normally. The brake light does not work when brake is depressed. All bulbs are new front to rear & new flasher units. It has a trailer pig tail.
Left side works fine. Turn, brake & tail light.
Many help is very much appreciated.
Doug

Check the grounds for the turn/brake lights first. It that's ok, check where the trailer harness hits the main rear harness. Dodge never did seem to be able to get those junctions right.
