Swap nv4500 trans

Anybody swap an nv4500 from a gas job to a 5.9 cummins diesel? If so what does a guy need to do,any modifications?

Bellhousing bolt pattern is different. Trans input shaft is different. (as compared to the gas engine nv4500)

The earlier gas NV4500's had a 23 spline rear output shaft, too. Until 2000 or 2001, I think.
