Turn signals not working; 87 D250

I have an 87 D250 and the turn signals do not work at all (dash, front, or rear). Hazards work fine, have already checked both flashers and they work. Is it the turn signal switch in the steering column or possibly something else? Any and all help is appreciated, thanks.
