change 360 to 440

Hi everyone, I have a truck 1990 with 360 engine which transmision was damaged, I have a 440 engine with trans installed on it for other project, but, since right know the truck is damaged I was wondering if this 440 engine will fit into my truck without any modification, do I need something special?
