just changed my timing chain, dont have it all completly together yet but i cranked it to see if it would start. it cranks right up but there is a knock coming from the front of the motor. the knock is not constant but its like every few seconds there will be a loud knock . did i forget a step or do something wrong. its an 84 dodge with a 318
