I have a 1992 Dodge Ram 250 5.9L Cummins diesel the computer messed up and I sent it to be reprogrammed they lost my computer. Does anyone know what the OEM number would be or part number so i can try and find another. Does anyone have one for sale

 

Check ebay. Who lost your computer? They should be the ones finding you a new one.

 

Our local parts store lost it. Ive checked ebay and multiple sites but no one has one. If I had the part number or OEM number Cardone may have one

 

Checking www.car-part.com for a '92 dodge 250, there is only one listing for the diesel engine. One of the hits lists a number: 56027081

 

If your local parts store lost it, they owe you a new one, including the core charge. Don't let them tell you any different. You DO have your receipts, right??

 

you could try asking on RCC or DTR. someone might have a spare even tho you really don't need it. a lot of the diesel guys like de-computerizing their rigs.
