Default 1985 d250 intake manifold

Hey all,

I知 working on a 85 d250 I got some questions I was hoping someone with some more knowledge could answer:

1. The truck came pretty butchered and I can稚 figure out what some of the stuff on the manifold are. From the attached pic I知 pretty sure 1 is a temp sender, 2 and 3 seem to be some sort of sensor(coolant temp?), and I have no idea what 4 is. Anybody able to confirm/id these?
2. I知 trying to figure out what needs a vacuum hose I知 installing an efi system so I think the only places that need one are on the efi, the distributor and I guess unidentified object 4 cause it has a nub for it. Anything I知 missing?
3. On a somewhat unrelated note what does the y pipe do? Mine is broken and I was able to figure out what it is(I think) but not what it does.

thanks in advance for any help!

1 temp sensor.
2/3 looks like they might have plugged the intake with whatever they had sitting around or 3 might have been temp activated vacuum switch that got smashed.
4 egr valve.

Do you know what 2/3 are supposed to be?

nothing. just extra hole in the intake for extra sensors if needed. if you don't need them then just pull them out and buy proper plugs for the holes.
