Hello everyone, I'm at somewhat of a loss and hoping someday he can help. I'm looking for a wheel hub for an 81 w150 4x4 with manual lock due to a spun race. Hub is like the one below. I've tried all parts suppliers where I'm located and they are all unable to locate a replacement. I'm located in Ontario Canada. Open to good used ones if you have any and I have searched the classifieds with no luck yet.

 

Should be a dana 44 axle. Check with dana/spicer, they should be able to hook you up.
