Default Need a longer tranny dipstick and tube for my '89 318

Hello all. I'm new here and I need to know where I can get a longer transmission dipstick and filler tube for my 1989 D150 318. It's a 5.2 liter 2WD with an A500 transmission. I'm only 5 foot seven inches tall, and I have to step up on the bumper to reach the transmission dipstick handle. They obviously didn't have short people in mind when they designed this. I'd appreciate any help I can get. Thanks in advance.

reach over the fender. it is not like you need to check it very often. i am only 5'10" and that is how i do it or stand on the hub. my 89 usually requires standing on the hub or tire to reach trans dipstick but luckily it doesn't have to be checked often.

Like hey you said about the only cheap choice. After market tubes and sticks can go into the hundreds of dollars and still may only be as long as the oem......... A step stool might be cheaper, easiest.
