Default 85 W150 - Can't figure out a couple wires (Driver Fender)

Back in September I pulled a 318 out of my truck and removed the wiring harness so I could get access to everything and not be in my way. I'm trying to put it back together and I found everything but a couple connectors that I can't figure out.

They are located on the driver side fender, and can't find where they go. I'm missing one terminals connector on this multi pin part... I think it has something to do with the headlights dimmer switch? And then these other 3 connectors I need to find a home for.

I deleted the AC and I deleted the cruise control but I can't remember if wires went to those parts. Any ideas? I tried tracing the wiring diagram but no bueno.

picture 1 starter relay. it is currently missing the brown wire that runs to the starter solenoid.
picture 2 should be a connectors that connects to that that bolts to the fender with the starter relay. that wire runs to the neutral safety switch then back to the green wire on the starter relay
other pictures are cruise control.
