1981 Dodge ram D150 shakes when accelerating

I've got an 81 ram D150 has alot of miles on it but a new transmission. When I drive it will start to shake then stop shaking then shake again what can be causing that it has plenty of transmission fluid

how are the tires, ball joints, tie rods and universal joints?

what engine? Wrong converter? one for a 360 will have a balance weight while one for a 318 won't.... if you run a 318 with the weight OR a 360 without, it will shake....
