What junk yard beauties have other members had luck with? I have the 5x5.5 inch bolt circle. I would like to go with a larger diameter tire. Currently 15''

You can get a larger diameter tire that is also for a 15: rim. and shorter tires (along with taller) for a 16, 17" rim. Rim size all by itself doesnt dictate height of tires available, though you cant put a 16" tire on a 15" rim.
the 1st 2 sets of numbers dictates tire height/width more than rim size does. but the 94 and newer 1/2 ton Dodges had the same bolt pattern. so did 96-older Fords and some jeeps.

I am seeking a stock 16 inch rim so that all my trucks use the same tire.
