Default 88 W100 No spark

I have an 88 dodge w100 with a 91 engine in it now here the problem. I have , brand new ECM , replaced spark plugs and wires new distributor cap, new rotor button, new ignition mechanization inside distributer. New coil, and so I have a spark at the coil. But there No spark what so ever at the plug. We even used a jumper wire from battery to coil to see if we could still get a spark and nothing. Is there something else that I'm missing between coil and distributor cap and spark plugs to not be getting a spark. Also this truck has new starter, alternator, all new throttle body parts, new CO2 sensor, new fuel pump, fuel filter.. just saying alot of new parts on this truck. This been and never ending line of problems. Thanks

Was the distributor removed? If so was it put back in correctly?
