Lightbulb 1st Gen Dodge Ram Wiring Issues

I heard that these trucks are known for their electrical "gremlins" and was wondering what were the potential problems and or what can cause the electrical problems? I want to go through my truck to prevent any problems or catastrophes and knowing where to look and what to look for would be a good helping hand.

I had a 90 W150 with a 318, Got it with about 60 k on it and sold it with just over 200K. Only problem i had was transmission needed to be rebuild and fuel pump. The 70's trucks are the ones with the electrical problems.
