Default Truck not level on chassis

I bought this truck last fall. It’s a 78 D100 cab on an 83 W150 chassis. The cab and box sit 1 1/4” low on the left side. What causes this and what’s the best way to correct it?

Is it body mounts, or suspension that are the problem? Measure from the frame to the ground on both sides, that should give you the answer.

Ok, I’ll check that. I’m heading to the US tomorrow for a week, then home for a couple days and gone again for three or four so it’ll likely be a couple weeks before I get back at this.

@Hey You the frame at the very rear is about the same off the floor. At the front of the rear spring mount it’s about 1/2” higher on the high side of the truck. Sounds weird right? At the front the frame is about 3/8” higher on the high side. Both front leaf springs have four leaves. On the rear the high side has 6 and the low side has 7. The box and cab seem to be in good alignment with each other as seen in the last picture.

Wonder if it's just the springs have settled..... Not like they are young.

Can I just add a 1” spacer to the front and rear mounts to level it out. I realize this will effect the shock length but the truck will get very few miles each year and likely only on paved roads.

Are they wrong? I don’t know. This is my first old truck, steep learning curve.
Oops. I read you wrong. Can’t figure out how to delete the reply.

No worries.

Rather than adding spacers, or springin' the cash for new springs.... I would just ignore it. Drive it as is. It isn't hurting anything.

Looks like the top one was added and the nest to last is broken.

I think the next to last was added. It’s cut very square on each end.
