I have a 1989 dodge d350 dually and the passenger side wheel seal is leaking and I replace it once already and it continued to leak so I looked at the sealing surface and its a little rough, so I was wondering what the part number or where to get a ready sleeve for my truck. I don't know what axle I have other than it has a 3 inch shaft diameter for the sealing surface (part description for the seal says shaft diameter 3.0 in) on the axle.

 

I have had no success with the sleeves on harmonic balancers..... (the most common use for them.) In your case, I do believe that part just bolts to the axle, I would be tempted to simply replace it.
