Default Trans fluid leak

PLEASE HELP Can someone tell me what the plastic box with 4 hoses mounted to the pass fender below the hood hinge on a 1990 w150 is and why it spews tranny fluid driving down the road. Thank you

What is this and its purpose?

And trans fluid is leaking from that??? Now that is bizarre. Those look like vacuum lines to me.... Pull the lines, one at a time, and see if there is trans fluid dripping out of any of them. If you find one, follow it back to where it goes.

Is your trans vacuum modulated by any chance??
