Default D150 Parking Break

I found a diagram of the parts for the parking break on my 89 d150, and it seems like I am missing some parts and the break seems frozen. I can't seem to find the parts for the parking break anywhere. is there a place I missed, or do I have to replace the system with something else?

what parts do you think your missing? is it a long bed or short bed?. it is pretty common for the pivot on the frame to seize.

I think they are the bushings in the small metal piece that joins the cable from the pedal and the small cable from the pivot fork. do you have any tips on getting the pivot to unfreeze?
edit: it is the short bed

i have no clue. never had one off. i would guess heat might work. i have usually just pounded on them with a hammer and penitrating oil when i did get them working but they never stayed working long. i had planned on converting mine to the 250/350 style front.cable. i am not sure if it would work on a short bed. they are definitely too long for a ramcharger. you could always try shortening a 250/350 front cable. that way you could bypass the pivot point all together.

hahaha this isn't pretty but kind of what i am talking about.
