Hello has anyone did a conversion from a 2 wd 97 1500 short bed to a 95 4 wd 5.9 short bed frame is rusting through ?

 

So long as they are the same bed length/cab configuration, should swap without too much trouble... if you are switching TO the 4x4 frame though, gonna need to cut the hole for the t-case shifter. Also, the 97 stuff is going to be OBDII, while the 95 is OBDI. So, the 97 stuff will have to have the computer and wiring harnesses go with it.
