1980 dodge power wagon

I'm looking for a wiring diagram of the head light switch on a 1980 power wagon I don't have any gauge lights bur if I turn my high beams on it seems to light up the odometer as well

It could be a grounding issue. My gauge lights weren’t working and we added a couple extra ground wires to them and they worked. You’ll have to pull the instrument cluster and do a bunch of testing.

The potentiometer in the switch can fail. On one of my trucks, a bypass jumper was put in by the PO to put the dash lights to full-on anytime the headlamps are on.

I did the jumper wire on my 74 Challenger but if the problem is a grounding issue then that won’t solve it.
