It's the vacuum pump. The coupling between the two is dry - no seal. There is a big gasket between the vac pump and timing cover. It can usually be reused.

If there is no seal how do I get it to stop leaking?

its the same thing. the only thing that changed on the 2nd gens was the injection pump. clearly the other link got merged into the youtube video but you can just get another vacuum pump from rockauto if you would rather just replace it instead of rebuilding it.

Afaik, 91-98 (and perhaps beyond) use the same vac and ps pump (aside from an extra ps fitting for hydro boost).

The 89-90 vac pump is a different animal with two large diaphragm pods. Many trucks get updated to the new style.

Thanks for the link, you made my day. When I was seeking for places where I could play the greatest new casino games, I stumbled onto this https://casinosanalyzer.ca/online-casinos/new-casinos site. On this website, I discovered online casinos and gambling sites. The same games are available to players at new online casinos as at existing ones.
