I recently changed the turn signal bulb and after that, I no longer have any running lights, cluster gauge lights, or any power to the radio. All the fuses are good not sure what it could be.

Recheck fuses... with a meter if you have one. They may 'look good', but, actually aren't.

I replaced the one it could be and nothing changed
