Default Code 12 and 22

Okay I'm asking for anyone's help out there that can tell me how you fixed this issue. I have a 1993 w150 with a 318 and I'm getting a 12 code and a 22 code but I have yet to find anyone to give answers on how to fix it. I have installed a new thermostat sensor cleaned all the grounds and connections I don't seem to find anything wrong but any help would be appreciated thank you very much.

did you replace the correct sensor? there is 2. 1 is for the gauge and 1 is for the computer.

did you replace the 1 with 1 wire or 2 wires? they are both in the same area by the thermostat

I replaced the thermostat sensor with the one wire.
Are you saying there's a second one in the same area.

yup. the 1 wire one is for the gauge. the 2 wire one is for the computer. i think it may be by the heater hose. either way i believe it is a pain to get at.
