I'd look at a 2-3" body lift and a lower steering steering shaft to accommodate it (borgeson, etc) and maybe squeeze an extra inch out of the front suspension with a spacer on the coil spring.
These guys have special arms that can do more lift, but they don't exactly spell out what height is possible.
