I doubt you will find anything, due to its age, and being 2 wheel drive..... It's leaf springs in the back, right? So raising the rear shouldn't be too bad, the front though..... That's gonna be problematic.

I reckon 2" is about all the 2wd a-arm suspension can handle. Body lift is another route.
